Is LeadPass a lead generation tool?

Yes. LeadPass can be a lead gen tool, but it is NOT a CRM or lead management tool. LeadPass provides infrastructure for buying, pricing, and exchanging lead data. All platform functionality is limited to data handling, standardization, pricing, compliance enforcement, and pre-purchase decision support. Any sales or outreach activity occurs entirely outside of LeadPass.

How is lead pricing determined on LeadPass?

Lead pricing is suggested, not enforced. LeadPass uses AI-assisted pricing logic to analyze comparable data, historical patterns, and market signals in order to generate an initial pricing suggestion. Sellers retain full control and may review, modify, or override suggested prices before listing any lead data. LeadPass does not set mandatory prices, control negotiations, or guarantee valuation outcomes.

What happens after a lead is purchased?

The transaction is executed programmatically through the X.402 transaction layer. Rights to the purchased lead data are transferred at the record level, with all activity logged for transparency and auditability. After purchase, lead records may be synced to external CRM systems for downstream use. LeadPass does not control or monitor how purchased data is used outside the platform.

Does LeadPass manage sales workflows or outreach?

No. LeadPass does not manage pipelines, follow-ups, sales workflows, communications, or conversions. The platform does not contact leads or perform any sales-related actions. All post-purchase activity takes place entirely within external systems chosen and operated by the user.

Can buying decisions be automated on LeadPass?

Yes. Buyers may create custom buying agents that automatically purchase or watchlist lead data based on predefined rules such as pricing thresholds, industry attributes, or geographic criteria.
